Getting car-wash inquiries?

Explain the right service
and the path to a workshop booking.

Explore the approach

People ask about a wash. You want to book more PPF work.

Washing, ceramic coating and paint protection need different explanations and workshop time. We connect ads with a specific service, vehicle and available appointment, then assess inquiries against work the shop actually completed.

// THE PROBLEM

Why inquiries miss the work you want to sell

ISSUE 01

Different services make the same promise

Washing, paint correction, ceramic coating, tinting and PPF address different needs. A general price list does not explain what a particular job includes.

ISSUE 02

Interest comes from outside the service area

A customer’s willingness to bring the car and your available workshop time matter more than a universal distance setting.

ISSUE 03

Calls and paid work live in separate reports

Form and call counts do not show which suitable vehicles arrived or which services were paid for.

// OUR APPROACH

Connect the service, vehicle and available workshop time

01
OFFER

Separate services by the customer’s task

Clarify territory, packages, pricing conditions and workshop capacity. A vehicle’s make helps prepare an estimate; it does not prove the owner’s budget.

02
MATERIAL

Show the actual work

Test the initial condition, process and finished surface using material with agreed rights. Do not add unsupported claims about protection life or film performance. Production is separately scoped.

03
BOOKING & REPORTING

Follow the inquiry through to completed work

Review the vehicle and service details the shop needs, call handling and records of bookings and payment. Call tracking, form changes and permitted platform events require a separate assessment.

// THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Start with your services and current bookings

A 15-minute conversation clarifies your task, market and available data. Public pages help us orient the discussion; a deeper account, CAPI or CRM review is a separately agreed paid diagnostic.

Questions from detailing shops

Can we promote ceramic coating, PPF and tinting together?

+

Yes. The useful split depends on demand, capacity and service economics. We do not assume every service needs a separate account or campaign.

How do we distinguish a wash inquiry from a PPF inquiry?

+

Name the service, explain the work and request the vehicle details needed for an estimate. A universal price threshold or selection by car make does not replace a conversation.

Do you track calls?

+

We can assess available call records and their link to bookings. New call tracking, recordings and integrations need their own scope and a data-processing review.

Do we need an expensive shoot?

+

First we review existing material and usage rights. The test question and format come before a promised number of videos.

When will the calendar fill, and what budget do we need?

+

We do not promise a booking count or a full calendar by a set date. Territory, margin, capacity and the test question determine the plan. There is no universal spend minimum; media spend and our fee are separate.

Choose the services the task needs

We choose measurement, creatives and campaign management from the evidence. Canem Errant can take on implementation and ongoing work, with scope agreed before work begins.

From clarification to implementation and ongoing work

If the cause or scope is unclear, we agree the suitable paid diagnostic. A Meta-specific question may lead to Meta & Measurement Diagnostic, followed by a decision and a concrete implementation proposal. If the task is already confirmed, we can propose implementation or ongoing work directly. Ongoing management and media spend are not automatically included in a diagnostic.
