Your fashion ads report sales.
What stays after returns?

Assess the ads alongside
stock, returns and margin.

Explore the approach

A strong ROAS means little when the orders come back.

Fashion campaigns need to account for returns, available sizes and collection timing. We compare advertising with retained revenue and margin before recommending more spend.

// THE PROBLEM

Where fashion ad reports diverge from the business

ISSUE 01

Gross purchases hide returns and exchanges

Refunds, exchanges and discounts may sit outside the ad report. A campaign can look healthy before you reconcile the orders.

ISSUE 02

The creative outlives the available sizes

The ad still attracts demand for a collection when important sizes or colors have sold out.

ISSUE 03

The same material is used in different markets

Season, sizing, delivery expectations and language differ. A literal translation leaves buying questions open.

// OUR APPROACH

Protect the economics of the collection

01
MARGIN

Reconcile orders before increasing spend

Compare purchases, returns and product costs in the store and reporting. Any platform integration needs separate review; sending a custom event does not automatically optimize Meta for net margin.

02
CREATIVE

Keep tests aligned with the collection

Test fit, styling, details and customer context using available products. Production and launch dates follow the agreed scope and stock, rather than a fixed sprint promise.

03
PRODUCT PAGE

Keep one clear path to the collection

Match the ad and collection. Show sizing, delivery and return conditions for the country of sale. Adjust promotion when important sizes run out.

// THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Start with the collection and retained revenue

A 15-minute conversation clarifies your task, market and available data. Public pages help us orient the discussion; a deeper account, CAPI or CRM review is a separately agreed paid diagnostic.

Questions from fashion brands

Can returns be taken into account?

+

Yes, in business reporting if order and refund data is available. Whether a useful signal can be sent to Meta and used for optimization needs a separate technical and policy review.

Do you only work with Shopify?

+

No. Reliable order, return and product data matters more than a particular store platform.

Do you only run catalog ads?

+

No. We can test collection video, static material and catalog formats. The mix follows the task, stock and evidence from the test.

How do you handle sold-out sizes and new drops?

+

Agree which sizes are essential, review available stock and adapt promotion to the launch calendar. We do not apply a universal availability threshold or guarantee a faster learning phase.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

+

No universal minimum. The test question, margin, stock and order volume set the plan. Media spend and our fee are separate.

Do different countries need separate campaigns?

+

Sometimes. Language, sizing, delivery, season and data volume determine whether separation is useful.

Choose the services the task needs

We choose measurement, creatives and campaign management from the evidence. Canem Errant can take on implementation and ongoing work, with scope agreed before work begins.

From clarification to implementation and ongoing work

If the cause or scope is unclear, we agree the suitable paid diagnostic. A Meta-specific question may lead to Meta & Measurement Diagnostic, followed by a decision and a concrete implementation proposal. If the task is already confirmed, we can propose implementation or ongoing work directly. Ongoing management and media spend are not automatically included in a diagnostic.
