CRO: find barriers between a click and an inquiry
Visitors arrive from ads but miss key terms, encounter mobile friction, or abandon forms. We identify specific friction points, design changes, and define how to measure their effect.
The Conversion Gap: Why You're Leaving Revenue on the Table
Most marketing budgets focus solely on acquisition: bidding higher, scaling campaigns, and buying traffic. But if your landing pages aren't optimized to convert, you're pouring water into a leaky bucket.
If your conversion rate rises by a relative 20% (not 20 percentage points), with unchanged spending, traffic volume and mix, and the same definition of a conversion, the calculated CPA falls by about 16.7% (CPA_after = CPA_before / 1.20). This is a conditional calculation, not a forecast for your project. At Canem Errant, we treat CRO as a core performance discipline. We inspect site load speeds, mobile friction, checkout drops, and psychological hurdles preventing purchases.
Our Conversion Framework
1. Data-Driven User Behavior Analysis
We don't guess; we measure. Using heatmaps, scroll maps, session recording analysis, and drop-off funnels, we locate exactly where your highest-intent buyers abandon your site.
2. Custom Post-Click Landing Pages
If your ad mentions a specific pain point, sending users to a generic homepage kills conversion. We design and build dedicated post-click landing pages tailored to match the ad context.
3. Frictionless Checkout Optimization
The checkout funnel is where profits go to die. We simplify forms, remove navigation leaks, and integrate localized express payment solutions (Klarna, EPS, Apple Pay) to capture impulse buyers.
Our CRO Methodology
Phase 1: Review Data & UX
We review existing data, UX, site speed, copy, and technical errors. We agree which additional analysis tools and access are needed before work starts.
Phase 2: Hypotheses & Funnel Design
We formulate testable hypotheses and plan changes to landing pages, forms, or checkout. Scope, implementation, and dates are agreed for your project.
Phase 3: Evaluate Effects & Changes
When traffic and measurement support an A/B test, we compare variants using a test plan agreed in advance. With low traffic, we use qualitative usability reviews. Publishing a change alone does not establish that it improved results.
Who implements and what comes next?
We define clear hypotheses, design changes, and acceptance criteria, and can handle approved implementations directly. If you have an internal development team, we provide a structured specification. Result verification follows the agreed test plan; additional landing pages or checkout redesigns are scoped separately.
Demonstration Example: Lead Qualification Before the Sales Call
Structured model connecting ad traffic, in-form qualification, and lead handoff to sales. Serves as a methodology demonstration, not a measured client outcome.
B2B: Lead Qualification & Handoff
Demonstration framework for B2B lead qualification and routing: evaluating task scope, technical readiness, and data availability prior to sales calls without arbitrary email domain rejections.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between CRO and paid traffic acquisition?
Traffic acquisition (SEO, Ads) gets people to your store. CRO makes sure those visitors buy or request a quote. CRO maximizes the financial return of the traffic you've already paid for.
Do I need high traffic volume to perform conversion optimization?
There is no universal monthly visitor threshold for A/B testing. The required sample depends on the baseline conversion rate, the smallest relevant effect, and the chosen significance level and statistical power. Traffic on the test page and its allocation between variants help determine whether the planned test is feasible within a useful period. With low traffic, we use qualitative usability reviews; these provide evidence to investigate, rather than statistical proof of conversion uplift.
How fast will we see results from CRO?
Implementing a correction and demonstrating its effect are separate steps. The duration of an A/B test depends on the baseline conversion rate, traffic, the effect being tested, the required sample size, data quality, and the business cycle. We plan implementation and the evaluation period for the specific task. Quick technical or visual changes do not guarantee an immediate increase in revenue.
Do you coordinate with our existing web development team?
Yes. We supply wireframes, copy documents, and design specs to your dev team. Alternatively, we can deploy modifications directly via Tag Manager or inside your CMS/e-commerce platform ourselves.
